Costs include –

• 8 nights accommodation (Share twin) in 07th out 15th April 2007
• Return airport transfers ex Christchurch International or domestic airports
• Return transport for teams from accommodation to opening and closing ceremonies
• Return transport for teams from accommodation to Golf Course (for competition matches)

All prices quoted in Goods & Services Tax (GST) at 12.5%.

Payment is to be received by Southern World New Zealand 35 days prior to your first nights accommodation. If payment is not received your booking may be cancelled without notice.Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or by telegraphic transfer to our account (details of which will appear on our invoice or can be provided on request)

Cancellation: Cancellations must be advised in writing (email or fax). The date of cancellation will be the first weekday date, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, that Southern World New Zealand receives the advice.

Outside of 35 days prior to arrival - No cancellation fees, except any fees levied by a hotel/supplier

35-15 days prior to arrival:          - $50.00 (local currency) per person, plus any fees levied by a hotel/supplier

14-2 days prior to arrival:            - $150.00 (local currency) per person, plus any fees levied by a hotel/supplier

Within 48 hours prior to arrival: - 100% of cost.

No Shows:                                      - 100% of tour cost.
