Christchurch is the gateway to New Zealand's spectacular South Island. With demand on accommodation high we've pre-booked accommodation during the World Masters Champs to ensure Christchurch is prepared for the Masters Squash invasion!

Note that all costs are per person in New Zealand dollars including GST (goods & services tax at 12.5%)

Costs also include -

** 8 nights accommodation in 19 out 27 October 2008 on a room only basis (contact us for rates if you require additional or less nights)

** return airport transfers (arrival and departure) ex Christchurch International or domestic airports

** return transfers from your accommodation to Squash venue for your competition matches

** return transfers from your accommodation to official opening and closing ceremonies

A non refundable deposit of NZD100.00 per person is required within 30 days of confirmation

Final payment is to be received by Southern World New Zealand 60 days prior to your first nights accommodation.

If payment is not received your booking may be cancelled without notice. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or by telegraphic transfer to our account (details of which will appear on our invoice or can be provided on request).

Cancellation – Cancellations must be advised in writing (email or fax). The date of cancellation will be the first weekday date, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, that Southern World New Zealand receives the advice.
Outside of 60 days prior to arrival - No cancellation fees, except any fees levied by a hotel/supplier
60-15 days prior to arrival - $50.00 (local currency) per person, plus any fees levied by a hotel/supplier
14-2 days prior to arrival - $150.00 (local currency) per person, plus any fees levied by a hotel/supplier
Within 48 hours prior to arrival - 100% of cost.
No Shows - 100% of tour cost.
